Libby - If he lied under oath, throw the book at him. My position has always been that perjury is a serious crime that MUST BE PROSECUTED if our courts are to be taken seriously.

Frist - Once again there is nothing there. Selling stock isn't illegal unless it is done based on insider information. I've seen nothing to suggest that he had any information that wasn't publicly available.
