Kilpr runs a distant fourth right now, but that could change depending on foreign tech sales...

I don't know the ESA and JAXA positions (does anyone?), but it seems likely to me that if Griffin and the GDFMN keeps on screwing up the station, they're likely to get fed up with relying on the US.
