It could be that they are in Iraq, Afganistan, and/or GITMO, or Poland, Or Trinadad, Maybe even on a prison ship that never leaves International Waters!
Who cares where they are held? What's the crime in holding them in undisclosed locations? They are International Terrorists. By their nature they belong to no nation-state.
Personally, I think we should build a Maximum security prison camp in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge...A horrifically cold dark place where there could be no hope of escape, and no hope of rejoining the jihad!
Jimmy Carter and other esteemed UN dignataries could spend their winters watching over them.
Come to think of it, we could cancel the Federal Death penalty, and commute all Federal death sentances to Life in Prison at the new Arctic Prison Camp and Nature Center.
