Domestic spying, yup, we're all terrorists.
Even before the word "terrorist" made any difference.
Oh, the Patriot Act...oh the "Homeland".

Oh, eat it up.
I used to post pages on Echelon and all it's dirty secrets back here in the late 90's. It was originally developed to connect court cases for the Dept. of Justice. They agreed to pay Bill Hamilton 10 million dollars to develop the program for INSLAW, then stole the program from him and reneged on the deal. They sued:

>"According to Hamilton, as soon as the Justice Department took delivery of the 1980's version of PROMIS, they reneged on the contract and withheld payments, forcing Inslaw into Chapter Eleven bankruptcy. The Justice Department then launched what Bill Hamilton called "a covert effort" to completely liquidate Inslaw, and Inslaw retaliated by suing the Department of Justice in Federal Bankruptcy Court. After a three week trial, Judge George Bason ruled that officials of the Justice Department "stole" forty-four copies of PROMIS, "through trickery, fraud and deceit", and then tried to drive Inslaw out of business. "

Sorry folks, what's even worse is that rumors are that Bin Laden has access to this program (and hence the computers that run American Airlines) making us even more vulnerable than we thought.
Just when I thought todays' nightmare is all of yesterdays bad dreams, the Patriot Act is back to rub it in our faces. They're not looking to control terrorists, they are looking to control YOU.

I'd like to remind you that this 3,000 page Patriot Act was prepared and written up and pushed through the legislature without so many in Congress even being able to scan it, let alone read it within two weeks of 9/11. Someone had prepared the plan months (if not years) in advance.
Sounds like we've been sold on the down the river, by our own <president and his henchmen.>
