Look at more than just the negatives you quote. Is the phrase can't see the forest for the trees that unfamiliar to you? How about "BIG PICTURE". Libya voluntarily giving up it's wmd programs is one big example that you miss in your desire to give Biush no credit.

The man has screwed up in myriad ways. I can't fathom why Democrats have to manufacture falsehoods or spin data about Bush foreign policy when his domestic failures should be enough to defeat him and his over reaching often corrupt allies if they had the sense to promote anything other than their own past failed foreign policies. The good news for Democrats is that domestic Republican screw ups are mounting so fast they may outweigh democratic foreign policy ones soon especially with the apparent success of the democratic all news from Iraq is bad disinformation campaign. I'd vote for Lieberman or Hillary over most Republicans easily, but would have to vote against another Kerry or Dean.
