re: That reminds me...

Okay, now you have a point, and a very good one.

In working with international relations, we should have laws in place to work with countries who harbor "terrorists". We have had sanctions in place, but we also sleep with the devil. For instance, you still seem to think that invading and occupying Iraq is okay because of 9/11. Yet 15 of the 18 terrorists were Saudis. Instead, the White House allows to fly the whole Saudi family out of the US without even questioning them when all commercial flights are grounded, then denies this to the American public. Then Bozo can do a photo op with their leader several months later HOLDING HANDS.

It appears we deal with everyone through bribes or force lately.
Negotiations spiral quickly downward and long standing international rules of engagement are quickly dismissed; even though we are a charter nation of the UN.
The UN was set up to resolve conflicts and now we has emasculated the UN and put in Rambo. Considering the Army is now desperate to take in Category IV and Category V soldiers in their ranks who can't even shoot straight, let alone read or write intelligently; we are attempting to rule the world by force.

KILLING IS NOT THE ANSWER.

I am not a diplomat or congressman, therefore I do not make or enforce the rules, but I can tell you this.
We are the strongest nation on earth; but we must wield our power wisely lest we set the planet against us at our own peril.
We need to get trigger happy, paranoid Texans out of the White House and out of our bedrooms. We need to retire Rumsfeld and Cheney and start a new progression of leaders that rebuild our strengths and respect in the internationl community and we'd better do it soon.
