Who was screeming that the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc... dropped the ball and allowed 9/11 to happen?
Or was all that post 9/11 hand-wringing just empty rhetoric employed by politicians and others who support them who saw an opportunity to exploit an national tragidy as a means to attack the Bush Administration?
