No-one is saying we dont. What some may question is do we go after a terrorist based on possibly flimsy intelligence with high potential for collateral damage?

Find him in a market with 3000 people around him and a 500 lb smart bomb in your F-16...........

If there is a difference then the line between 3000 and zero collateral damages is something we can debate about.
