Software is like a vortex...
If your Karma is bad, then you unbalance the vortex- your negative vibrations and harmonics are obviously unbalancing the perfect vortex of the software. It is typical of 'bad frequency' people like you to blame the vortex.
If you are using freeware (like health insurance) you have no incentive to keep it healthy or make it work.
In the end you need to take personal responsibility for your failures. You and your Karma are responsible- dont blame those that created Linux.
