Liberal alternatives on defense spending
The Center for American Progress has issued a paper with their own ideas on what should be done about defense, a response to the recent QDR.
Agree with some of it, disagree with some (still reading through it), but they deserve a lot of credit for laying a plausible alternative on the table instead of just screeching about the current plans.
