1 Space Shuttle flight or JIMO?

I hate politics. Anyone in their right mind could not choose a single space shuttle flight over a nuclear probe to study Jupiter moons of interest.
Nothing ever changes at NASA. The same idiotic decisions get made in every administration and with every NASA head. Instead of putting good
money after good (the tremendous success of science probes with science return), we put good money after bad (obsolete, dangerous, and hyper
expensive shuttle) with little scientific value.
