If you heard the word "wager" in my last post and your post had something to do with it:
I would bet that there would be an alert in effect at some time in September and/or October. You would have to eat the loss if any such alert was in effect since otherwise we could quibble endlessly about whether a given alert was legit. Heck, you already believe that all alerts are legit and that Bush never lies, so an argument would be assured.
