I find the weather fascinating lately.
Some of those ominous looking clouds in that second link remind me of Hurricane Frances that was over us for three days. I went out one night after curfew to watch them moving over us in 60 mph winds and got totally freaked out by some of them. It looked like the end of the world had come. They felt EVIL.

I ran back down the hill, spooked out. Was just like a Charleton heston movie.
