I get the same feeling reading Bell...
...that I do when I listen to Limbaugh. That attitude just grates on me like fingernails on a blackboard.
Dunno about the technical aspects, though I am sure, as Vancil noted, that neither NASA nor congress does a darn thing to make Zubrin happy.
