Being a skeptic and all, I doubt it.
I suspect that:
1. Osama Bin Laden is living at the hacienda of a wealthy supporter in Arabia or Yemen.
2. He has first-rate medical care.
3. He is in as good health as his underlying condition will permit.
4. He is running his gang of cutthroats from the comfort and luxury of a furnished office.
5. He has paid off everybody who could possibly know enough to turn him in.
I certainly HOPE that you are right and I am wrong. Both versions are completely speculative and will remain so until Osama is either caught or killed. Preferably both.
