Jewelry is as beauty is... in the eye of the beholder.

I even thought of Hematite as a beautiful gem long before they found it on Mars. It is beautiful in it's own right and now in it's geological importance.

Even though my birthstone is Aquamarine, I've had a fondness for the green gems: Emerald and Peridot. :)
