the whole way someone moves, sits, stands and so on .. these are actually part of what most people would sense as physical attractiveness. It's not simply just symmetry or something like that.

Even more fundamentally, muscle shape - and hence the actual shape of the face and body - are, over many years. shaped by emotional and character aspects. I learned about this reading books like this, and following it up with observation.

More down to earth though - even if someone is attractive, I'd get turned off by bad impressions. This happened with Halle berry. Over the years I got pretty tired of her.
