Just a thought
It would be interesting to look at the possibility of creating a pressurized rover, based on the Landers ascent stage/Hab module. It might be a good starting point. Remove the ascent engine, and RCS, mate it to some sort of undercarriage, and power supply. Transport it unmanned on one of the cargo versions of the Lander.
