sounds like you've experienced much worse than I did, still whenever it occurs I always hope the engineers did their CFD designs well enough - and that there are no loose bolts or microcracks in the actual aircraft.
Since I'm not really an experienced traveller, I usually look over at other people - if they're calm then I know it's just my own problem. But if anyone was panicking, I'd worry - especially if it was one of the staff ...
I would suppose that unfortunate woman won't keep her job for too long..
