IMHO, Laws of PHIYSICS the SAME?

As in India, USA, Japan, Etc? I mean if the education can be garned at 1/10 the cost and W is promoting our colleges over theirs, what is the dif in education? If you learn concepts on USA or abroad, can they appied at any job?
