Looks like a natural feature to me. It would be great if I was wrong.

I believe the Noah Ark story is based on the flooding of the Black Sea. I think Noah was leaving in that basin when it flooded. In his eyes his whole world had been flooded.

The Bible itself, devotes very little to this story- just a couple of paragraphs if I remember correctly.
