I think Bowser's barking up the wrong tree to accuse the Bushies of downright immorality. A more objective view is that they're thoroughly amoral, and simply never ever consider the ethical and moral dimensions, nor the price others will pay for their ambitions. Winning is everything, and the ends always justify the means. Gotta break a few eggs to make an omelette (as long as it's somebody else's eggs). And yada yada yada....
Dangerous people to have running a democracy. It's a classic illustration of how amorality leads to immorality.
