Well, there really aren't that many crips or bloods in the United States
Whereas Iraq is divided between Shia and Sunni, throughout almost all of the population. That's one difference. Another is the level of loss of life compared to total population.
I'm still not arguing that we are or are not in civil war in Iraq. But I would like to renew my call to discuss criteria with you guys, so we can agree on it when/if we see it. Anything serious to say about the topic this time?
