I have this book right next to me, bought in 1978.

It was an eye opener, especially Holt's arguments.
It wasn't going to b that easy to settle in space. But O'Neill's logic was that humans need one G. Now, if indeed we can trick the body into adapting to weightlessness without losing the one G advantages and needs, then ok, but it hasn't happened yet.
