a couple years ago I had dinner in the bar section of a nearby steakhouse- I wasn't drinking... but at the bar was one guy so drunk that he was literally swaying on his bar-stool... I kept wondering-"how is this guy getting home?"...

I have heard of several bars that have been shut down because a drunk patron has gone out and killed people while driving home...
