"Where liars are revered, and whistle-blowers smeared?"

How about the neo-con WAR PROFITEERS??

Here we are a quarter of a trillion dollars in debt because of this war for "democracy", that President Bush can get on national TV, lean forward on the podium and snort under his breath with that slick smile that "you can't put no price on freeedom, or democracy". Almost as embarrassing as when he went looking under his desk and snorted "Guess there's no weapons of mass destruction under here, either!"

It's just not funny anymore. The stately podium, the starched shirt and blue tie, the American flag draped in the background; EVERYTHING our country stands for has been corrupted. And the media placates us, placates THEM by this false advertising; these false declarations of the state of the Union. (Hey, they're getting PAID, so of COURSE they are going to parrot the party line!) I think people are mesmerized and even brainwashed by all this politicking. They can't tell right from wrong anymore because they're swallowing Georgie's weenie with a big glass of "Capitolism Run Wild".
