When even a left-wing rag like the LA Times says Any Bush OK of Leak is Probably Legal, then you only make yourself sound like an idiot when you call for his impeachment.
Several legal experts, however, said the law clearly would be on the side of the chief executive in disputes over the disclosure of secret material.
"The president can do this," said Ronald Lee, former general counsel at the National Security Agency. "The president is the head of the executive branch, which is the one that decides what's a secret, how big a secret it is, and when to say it's no longer a secret."
I guess you think that when a Democrat like Jimmy Carter breaks the cover on a SAP/SAR program (the highest classification that exists, much higher than top secret) to help his reelection chances, that's ok. But if a Republican like Bush declassifies something even though he's authorized to do so, then that rises to the standard of impeachment. If so, then you're not only a partisan hack, you're a partisan hack who is completely ignorant of the law.
