Something to get the numbers manageable.

Obviously the amnesty is only for illegal enry and any registrants found to be otherwise flakey could be deported for cause.

When the dust settles on the amnesty we should be free to seal the borders agains illegals.

Of course we all know it never works that way and we will immediately begin working our way up to another unmanageable situation.

Like Social Security and other entitlements it will require a total collapse/disaster to bring about a correction.
