Isn't there some irony in the way that some jump to the defense of Cuba's right to litter the Gulf with Oil rigs when the same act by the U.S. is seen as evil?

(For this discussion we will ignore the fact that an oil well placed 46 miles off of our coast would be pumping oil from our territorial area.)
