Back in 1988...
We had a series of fire suppression system malfunctions in the mission control complexes at Falcon AFB. For no known reason and without any warning, the Halon system would discharge into the modules. It happened several times and it got so bad that some people wanted to rename the base cafe "The Halon Dump", both as a comment on the fire system and a comment about the food. It was named "The Satellite Dish" instead, probably by the same ad-man wanna be that named the F-16 the "Fighting Falcon" and Shemya, AK "The Black Pearl of the Aleutians."
