Yes.

I'm saying he's wrong. Bush is the figurehead of the party (and yes, Washington is rolling over in his grave). He's a drag on most GOP tickets across the land.
Ergo, the trials of the admin reflect on the party and all the little Congresscritters up for re-election in 2006.
