Testing moonlike gravity

Moonwalking underwater...

Ok, it sure is an answer for moonwalks....But what about testing a normal day under a pressurized Moon environment?

Would astronauts be tempted to throw objects, let them drop, catch them with some speed? How about liquids behaving under 1/6th of a G? And how high or low should the roof be?
