The Binary "Research" Institute
They don't do research. It's little more than a website that posts its non-peer-reviewed articles and hawks a book and a video. Walter Cruttenden, its founder and "Executive Director," has no background whatsoever in science, much less celestial mechanics. He's former banker turned pseudoscience purveyor. His only staff person is Geoff Patino, a website developer.
Unfortunately, because almost anyone can get an article "published" on Space Daily, its not always a reliable source.
