Attack weapon's delivery systems, not the weapons themselves.
Weapon's delivery systems that Iran possesses to carry nukes include
only a handful of medium or long-range rockets and a few supersonic
jet bombers worthy of the name.
All Iran has to do is try to put one of their long-range missiles on a
launch pad, visible to all spy satellites....and an American cruise missile
could leave that rocket in ruins.

I don't think conventional, ground-penetrating weapons will do the job
that you suggest, simply because you can't be 100 percent sure the nukes
or the uranium production facility is there.
