Pretty much the only person who has insisted that Bush is planning a nuclear attack is Seymour Hersh.
This is a spectacular example of how the Left generates an artificial issue then reacts as though someone else came up with it.
Bush has not ruled out nuclear weapons, but if you notice our history, no president ever really has for ANY situation. That's just general policy.
The administration is on record as saying they are on the diplomatic track. If you want to run around chasing your own shadows, go ahead.
