Well, being an avid fishermen, I am used to the process of deciding to utilize the holding tank or leaving the valve open!!!
With planes, I would assume that the risk of killing somebody with a giant chunk of frozen @#$! screaming downward at a terminal velocity would have been something that was studied by roomfuls of mathematicians and declared dangerous, lethal, prohibited and downright nasty!!!
By who am I to ponder this???
