You know Frank, you are just too placid and accepting in your old age. You totally support our governemnt and think every act is nearly justified. I had heard about the use of these weapons too, but wanted to research it a bit before adding any commentary.

I remember bringing this up here a year ago and even brought photos to the board along with it, but everybody just passed it off, making fun of me saying I had bit into propaganda.

Well, this time there's a documentary about it and how this "non lethal" weapon was TESTED ON INNOCENT CIVILIANS in Iraq (a busload of them). There were no warnings, no shots fired, yet metals were melded, arms and heads lopped off while bodies remained intact. The only thing left on skulls were the bones and teeth. All within seconds from some type of ray or lazer gun.Bodies looked burnt and shrivelled.

The Americans came in and REMOVED all parts of the bus after casualties went to the hospital. They even took the DIRT and replaced it with fresh dirt, so that there would be no evidence in case an investigation ensued. And the bodies that had been buried were shrunk to hardly NOTHING, they came back and exhumed those bodies as well. You can see the actual site that was covered over, and what remains of the small graves. You can choose to read the article that interviews Rumsfeld and General Myers lying through their teeth. At least get as far as the doctors.

I read the interview with our own evil non-lethal weapons developer and "expert" John Alexander and can see how these eventually can be used here on our soil for mob control.
Anyway, I am OUTRAGED, and have to tell you that I find your smug answer completely unacceptable.
I would encourage you to download the documentary (8 minutes at high speed) and listen to the doctors who handled the corpses and the journalists who recorded the surrounding <events.> Rumsfeld needs to be brought up on charges of war crimes, IMHO.
