One thing which cannot be denied, a damning fact, is that Conservatives defend a system which is the MOST EXPENSIVE in the world and is 37th (thirty-seventh) in outcomes. Why is that?

If Conservatives would read anything except rightist propaganda they may learn something. The reality is that insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, the AMA and other large healthcare organizations fought to keep everything as expensive as possible, lobbied with millions of dollars, and forced compromises absolutely everywhere.

Would Conservatives support the most expensive military in the world which was 37th in effectiveness? A fighter plane which cost more than anything else and had 36 less expensive planes which outperformed it?

As long as this situation exists it is impossible to grant any Conservative any credibility. No one in their right mind could take seriously anyone who supports something like the most expensive medical care in the world which is 37th in outcomes.
