but I don't get your numbers re outcomes. Do you have a source for that?

I might be inclined to believe that the advertised costs of health care is the highest, but the real cost is what the insurance companies agree/negotiate to pay at the end of the day.

Personally I think there should only be one free market price for all. That could change everything.
