If you own a decent Nvidia graphics card, you might want to take a look at their latest beta driver. I'm absolutely blown away by the functionality available in the newly designed Nvidia Control Panel and the blazing speed my Flight Simulator program seems to have now. The new driver is 91.28.

Prior to this upgrade, I had my two mismatched monitors (a Dell 21" and a Daewoo 19") configured in dual monitor mode where each could be spanned across but they were truly separate windows. The new control panel allows me to now treat both monitors like they're one big monitor. I'm now looking at a 2560 X 960 screen that is incredible for Flight Simulator and image processing that needs a wide screen.

I'm not sure this would be worthwhile if you didn't have a screamer machine. My current setup is an Athlon 3800+ X2 processor with 2GB PC3200 RAM and a Nvidia 6800GS PCIE graphics card.
