.. are obviously shocking if it was a deliberate shelling, and only slightly less shocking if it was accidental/collateral (Say part of some larger operation targeting 'militants' in the area) - if it was deliberate, then Israel is deliberately provoking/escalating the conflict using utterly unacceptable tactics. If it was collateral, then what? - that is still no excuse and should be prosecuted vigorously. These beachgoers were obviously not being used as human shields so there's no excuse there.

I'm just very curious to hear more as to whether the beach bombing might have been unexploded Kassam shells lying around as some people are suggesting. - Or otherwise, what the heck is going on.
