Nothing new under the sun

In the 1950s they already experimented with carb control in mental patients with extremely favorable results. Refined sugar is basically a poison to the body. It flows into the bloodstream and mucks up your arteries, blood vessels and that blood is also circulating through your brain. Refined sugar causes acid indigestion and acid reflux disease. Cut the sugar and acid reflux goes away.

Sugar drinks, candies and the plethora of sugar products that emerged during and after the great depression, as a replacement for meat, helped to dumb down and fatten America. Diabetes and all sorts of diseases have their most productive partner in the sugar industry.

Unfortunately sugar is a drug. It creates a chemical high in the influx of blood sugar and then the low and lethargy hits as the body tries to expel and process all this unneeded refined sugar. The synaptic centers act as repositories for the dextrose and interfere with the coherent signal function. A diet low in carbs immediately sets about about flushing out these deposits.

Yet the sugar industry and other food manufacturers are waging a war against carb control via the media and articles written by bought off nutritionists, paid by sugar blood money.

While smoking and alcohol are the most visible addictions, sugar addiction will someday be counted right alongside these two for its destructive influence on human health.
