I doubt your gender would make a difference.

I have been successful in finally filtering them out but I went for a good while getting at least one email a day encouraging me to enhance my manhood by various means. I'm not sure whether any of the methods included silicone but I wouldn't be surprised.

The market is definitely not untapped.
