A matter of taste
I really can't understand this obsession with breasts, which (by the way, appears to be a primariily American phenomenon). I personally am attracted to a woman with shapely legs, hips, and buttocks, and an athletic, flat stomach and trim waist more or less in that order. "AAAARGH! Me likes the turn o' her bilge, matey!"
The breasts are the lowest priority of all.
Of course, at my age, this is strictly an esthetic judgement.
