"Is the photon not a dipole type structure?"
"In addition to electric charge, protons, neutrons, electrons, and neutrinos also have an intrinsic magnetic dipole moment, which means that they act like tiny bar magnets."

So it could be called a dipole type structure.
Apparently all matter has a dipole type structure.
I thought neutrinos didn't have a charge. Which reminds me neutrinos are matter, so what's a slowest speed that neutrinos can travel at? And since they are like tiny bar magets can you collect neutrinos? And since there are so much neutrinos all around us, why haven't they been collected by "accident"- not that few billion of them wouldn't have gone unnoticed.
I saw a program recently on neutrinos and how thought at big bang their could been clumps of neutrinos- and from these clumps all matter in Universe formed.
