Hey, there's a thought, use Radiation to render the sex-offenders sterile or inpotent, better than supplying them with Viagra... all to the tune of $12k!!!!!! Naw, this is outa hand and when the law starts to pander to the criminals and sex offenders. BTW, they wanted to build a special prion for the sex-offenders, towns knocked it down and people wanted them to be kept in general population.how long would that last?
