Great speech- I give it a 9 on scale of 1-10. Considering it's speech by a Senator maybe a 10.
I would like hear what people disagree about speech. As has been said before, we are in WWIV, whether you know this or not. Once everyone in the free world realizes this, the war will be short and relatively painless as compared to WWI, WWII, and the Cold War, but the longer this is ignored and dismissed, the more it can grow and become more costly.

We have already wasted too much time, we have already lost tens of thousands of innocent people due to our neglect of this threat. There is little doubt that we will act once millions of innocents have have been killed, but if we wait this long to begin to try to win this war, tens or hundreds of millions could die.

If we do win this war, does it mean the end of all global wars? Probably not. But we might get to point ridding this world of dictorships, we could get to point ending global poverty and disease and misery that accompanies that. It seems to me the war is just part the human nature, but the nature of war will change, as the nature of war has changed throughout human history. I can't predict what WWV will look like, but maybe it will be more mentally challenging- WWIV is a no brainer, line between Evil and Good is apparent to any who doesn't have head in the sand.

WWIV ends when the regime in Iran is changed, but this does not mean that world has to use conventional miltary force change this regime, Iranians might internally change it. Our focus with Iran should be to first stop it's miltary expansion- same plan we used against Soviet Union. Another key element is dialogue- not just dialogue with the crazies, because that is futile; we must do things that allow free of speech of people who are currently prohibited from free dialogue.
