"Hezbollah poised to fire warheads of spent nuclear rods
LONDON The British intelligence service MI6 has established that Hezbollah is poised to launch a new “rain of terror” on Israel with rockets equipped with “dirty bomb” nose cones, reports Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin."

Well, if true, probably more Iranians will die from making these bombs then the direct affect of these bombs- though the anger and/or panic may result in number of death.
If this is true, what should our response be?
Emotionally, I think what Israel needs is lots of B52s and operation Rolling Thunder along the stretch of 30 miles from border. Perhaps, so not to interfere with Israels trying to sleep, it should 10 miles beyond the border. But that no doubt that is an overreactive and could be rightly called a disproportional reaction.
But if true, and it very easily be false- because it would be incrediblity stupid thing to do- couldn't this be easily traced back to Iran?
Let's say that instead making these bomb casing out nuclear waste, Iran were to simply dump nuclear waste into the ocean. Would this cause people to be concerned? You know instead "dumping" the nuclear waste in populated area of Israel, what if Iran simply wanted a cheaper way of getting rid of nuclear waste by putting in the ocean a hundred miles off shore?
Wouldn't it be reasonable that if a country improperly disposes it's nuclear waste in the ocean, that it shouldn't be allowed to use nuclear energy even for peaceful purposes?
Now, some of the talking heads are discussing the idea of Israel being liable for the damage to Lebanon civilian infrastructure. I imagine that the clean up of radioactive waste will be fairly expensive- billions of dollars perhaps. Should Iran pay for this cost, plus all the other damage to Israel?
Now, I think that Israel should pay the cost of it's damage, but I imagine that Iran will have a much higher bill to Israel. So, the bill for Israel cost can be subtracted from the bill Iran owes Israel.
The result will probably be that Iran will end up paying for all the infrastructure cost in Lebanon- and they put this in fund that Lebanon can spend as they decide what is best.
