Bekaa Valley
It's interesting, in this context, to note that several sources have declared the Bekaa Valley to be where Saddam and those helping him squirrelled away a lot of WMD stuff before the war.
But as yet, I have seen no hard evidence of this.
If we start seeing some forms of kludged WMD on Hezbollah rockets, it might be an additional piece of evidence for that theory.
