Maybe you interpret this to mean "sit around and grow old while the terrorists do whatever they want." If so, maybe the terms need work.

The latest U.N. resolution is here, and is worth reading, including the part about "mplement[ing] the
Secretary-Generalâ€™s zero tolerance policy on sexual exploitation and abuse..."
